Conveniently situated 10 mins from junction 44 M6 and only 6k from the West  Scotland, guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Carlisle is a vibrant northern university city which attracts visitors all year round. Expect a wide range of bars, restaurants, health spas , beautiful parks and walks and a wealth of cultural experiences.

Eden  House is a spectacular example of an  Edwardian property which we at Northern Stays think you will love.  All four  bedrooms enjoy  a modern ensuite shower room and smart TVS. The house can sleep 8 and an extra 2 on our day beds if required ( please contact us at least two weeks in  advance) .As Northern Stays specialise in providing beautiful and affordable group accommodation and Eden is the jewel in our crown.  Although located on the  busy but convenient A639, the property is triple glazed and quiet. The back of the property backs onto to lovely countryside and there are country views from all aspects. The largest bedrooms upstairs  is a four poster bedroom.  

Expect a tasteful arts and crafts inspired interior which is in keeping with the property. Keep your eyes open for some beautiful period pieces in Eden House, as is typical of our house style here at Northern Stays.

The kitchen in Eden House is a beautiful modern space with full glass wall which looks opens out onto the decking. A wine fridge , built in coffee machine, large stove for group catering and a laundry room. Each property has an enclosed back garden with seating  and plenty of space for off road parking.
